Easter Egg Coloring

Cassie and Ron coloring Easter eggs! They look so thrilled! Don't everybody faint, because I am updating this blog. I know it has been a long time. We have all been pretty busy. It seems like the weeks just fly by. We had a good day today. We went down to mom and dad's for Easter dinner! We had a very good dinner. Missed Beth and Boof.

Cassie's New Shelves

I am just posting some pictures of the shelves we put up in Cassie's room. Also for you Mom, we hung up the C you got her. Not much new happening here, it has been snowing here all day. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the snow right now.

Cassie's birthday was actually on Wednesday, but she didn't have her party until last night. I am posting a few pictures from last night. Cassie was sick on her birthday, so it wasn't a very good day for her.

Gingerbread House

Ron, Cassie and I built a Gingerbread House today. So I am posting some pictures of it. I can't believe Christmas is over already. Time seems to go so fast.

Christmas Tree and Remembering

Here is a picture of our Christmas tree, I tried to get one showing the lights but it didn't turn out right. I was just thinking it was four years ago today that we came home to find our road blocked by fire trucks and our house on fire. That was last straw in a horrible year for us. I really thought my life was over that day, BUT we have come so far since then. God has been so good to us and blessed Ron and I both with jobs and a home on 86 acres. Cassie has adjusted well to living here in West Virginia and we all are much happier and content here. I am so thankful for everything. Hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas.

Baby Bear

Here is a picture of a baby bear that you could see in a tree just down from our driveway this afternoon. Ron got as close as he could to get the picture but our camera wouldn't zoom in very well. He had to be careful in case the mother was nearby.
